Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Senior Executive with 10-15 years of experience to manage accounting tasks and financial operations within the Enzymes industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Financial Management up to finalisation.
- Day to day accounting involving Petty cash, voucher entry, accounts receivable and banking activities, Ledger reconciliation with Vendors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, Purchase.
- Bill Certification & Verification (Enzymes Industry Focus).
- Keeping track of Clients bills to be raised on timely manner.
- Review and certify vendor bills/ invoices.
- Coordination with various teams both intra and internal teams and also, to reconcile discrepancies if any in billing and other accounting activities.
MIS Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management in the prescribed format regularly and timely.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and similar financial software, MS office (Excel, word, PPT).
- Extracting/Preparation of Reports on regular basis.
Tax & Compliance
- Ensuring Timely compiling of data for various Tax Returns and statutory Compliance.
- Support audit preparations and handle queries related to taxes and financial records.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
10-15 years of experience
Skills
- Strong experience with various accounting functions.
- Deep understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting and industry-specific billing practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with financial audits and regulatory compliance.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with 2-3years of experience to
manage accounting tasks and financial operations within the Enzymes industry. Only applicants residing in and around Nandurbar/Nashik/Dhule District must apply for the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Financial Management

Education: Master’s degree in Accounting (MCom) or related field.

Project execution
– Errection and commissioning of fermenters upstream and downstream
